ProPEGE - A Drone to Promote Gender Equality on Political and Economic Decision-Making (2022-2023)

This project is based on the analysis of the current situation of gender equality at high political and economic decision-making levels in terms of good practices, programs and legislation. Surveys and focus groups will be carried out in target groups, namely young people completing BA or Master degrees and highly qualified employees in companies and public administration. The project aims to define a new European strategy on the subject and create new tools.

Partners in this project are Universitá de Siena (Italy), University of Latvia (Lithuania), Fundación Ronsel (Spain), Fundacja Gaudete (Poland), Ordem dos Psicólogos (Portugal).

The Portuguese team is composed by José de Sousa Fialho, Margarida Abecasis, Maria Ana Carneiro, João Carneiro and Carlos Barros.
