IVEA-Innovative Vocational Education for Autism 

The Project "Innovative Vocational Education for Autism" (IVEA), coordinated by the Portuguese Federation of Autism in partnership with the Universidade Católica Portuguesa/CEPCEP, Autism Burgos - Association of Parents of People with Autism, MARS Foundation, Autism-Europe and Interactive Media Knowledge Transfer Intermediakt was a pioneering experience in Europe with regard to the development of innovative inclusion practices through the employment and training of employers to insert people with autism into the labour market. Training and follow-up during the project has been ensured, not only for candidates with autism, but also for employers who respond positively to the challenge of collaborating in this European project with a large economic and social dimension.

In the end, based on the learning developed, a guide of good practices for the professional inclusion of people with autism in the European context has been elaborated.
